At Ask & Embla, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't feel quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Ask & Embla packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange pieces within 5-7 business days.
